1. Software Engineers (Programmers):

• 5+ year experiences in one of the following programming languages: PHP, C/C++, Java or Python.
• Having experiences in working frameworks or libraries is an advantage.
• Understanding Object Oriented Programming and related concepts.
• Basic skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Having experiences in working with LAMP stack.

2. Front-end Engineers (Web Designer (Visual Designer, Interaction Designer)):

2.1. Visual Designer:

• Understanding Typo, Grid, Color, Usability (user interface).
• Analytic, Visualization and Presentation skills.
• Hand-drawing is an advantage.
• Having experiences in these fields: advertising, printing materials, communications design is an advantage.
• Photoshop and Illustrator skills are a must.
• Professional layout skills—excellent understanding of type & imagery and color composition, able to create a distinct visual hierarchy of page elements.

2.2. Interaction Designer:

• (X)HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
• Understanding Semantic Markup concept.
• Exceptional knowledge of Web Standards and DOM.
• Understanding browser compatibility, quirks.
• Having experiences in working frameworks or libraries is an advantage.
• Having usability and HCI initiatives.

3. Other Requirements:

• Read and write English fairly.
• Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ambitious and Passionate.
• Self-disciplined and Deadline-oriented.
• Hard-working.
• Teamwork.
